Re: 10 btc in XMR and 10 btc in ETC.... Balls of steel, or plain stupidity?
Just put 10 btc in each... hodling for longer term (months)... what do you guys think?? 20 BTC down the drain?
I vote for balls of steel. I can't say for certain what will the future bring (if I'd know I'd be already rich, isn't it?), but there's a good chance the one could double and the other not die off completely and then at least you would not lose.
I hope you afford to lose those 20BTC if the things go bad. It is a small fortune...

At the end of December 2015 Monero was (according to coinmarketcap.com) 0.45$
If you would have spent then 10 BTC on Monero, now you'd be dancing. Some do.
I'm trying to find that type of WIN... but back then it would have been more of a gamble
