I think we're still a little bit far from WW3, which is a definitely good thing 
i completely disagree with you .. we are so close to world war 3 . the war can break out at any moment so world's nations must prepared for that horrible war for sure. I don't know. People are more mature now. Times have changed and we are no longer living in the first half of the 20th century. Life expectancy has more than doubled during the last century, and human lives are more valuable now. Also, normal people are having just one or two children, and they don't want their kids to die fighting for the government.
