These will be given out to artists, content producers, etc to entice them to share their content and from which, everyone else will benefit.
Did you know you get paid to help the network share the content after you download? If you spend 5 Lbc on something, you could get double or triple or even more back over the lifetime of the file.
people don't realize we're making micro profits from parts of the file that are being streamed from our computer. They just added a new section in the wallet page that shows all your payments last night. This helps out a ton and is proof that the system works and profit is possible for content creators AND content blob holders.
