I get paid with bitcoin, and when I do get paid with fiat I immediately exchange it to bitcoin.
I think exchanging all the times is not favourable because sometimes the rate is high and sometimes low. So try to avoid such situations and rather exchange only when rate is low so that you could sell your bitcoin when rate is high. By such logical thinning you could make some extra bucks Like I do.
