Ok. I received my vouch copy almost straight away after requesting for it. I went into my Amazon account and used the key. The key is fully working and I have reason to believe it is legitimate. I was immediately credited $200 with which I used to continue one of my long-standing EC2 instances. No hiccups there.

I was able to find the page for this promotion, however I was not able to get a code from it. Bought one because I didn't want to spend any more time messing with it, code applied to my account without a problem.
