To solve this consider:
1. Offering another type of collateral worth more then 125% of the requested amount.
 1.1. Altcoins are the best type of collateral and increases the chance of getting your loan fulfilled.
 1.2. If you want to offer physical collateral you need to send it to a secure escrow. Paying for postage both ways.
