Normally we do not discuss tickets in this forum, but the total payment was returned a few weeks ago. Sadly banks take a large fee for their services, but since us switching banks was a special occurrence, those costs have also been compensated, as we had promised. Due to holidays that may not have happened as quick as usual, for which we apologize sincerely.
