If fiat is delayed this means 1/3 to 1/2 of the funds are coming in from fiat. Quite remarkable. Definitely bringing in new moneys to crypto already. 
It's a brilliant way to bring in new money. That has always been the struggle: how does one exchange fiat for crypto.....for those looking to get involved with crypto.
