I will highly recommend anyone who has coins stuck at cryptsy to contact the attorney in Florida who is the court appointed receiver. There is a procedure one must go through in order to claim your lost coins and this attorney can take what information you have and match it to the accounts he now controls for verification of claim to coins

Regarding the issue on recovering assets, there may be in the future a claims procedure in the Florida legal proceeding where the Receiver makes a distribution/repayment to investors who have a valid claim/investment.
