long story but the short of it is:

i had a very old wallet (0.8.3 i think) and sent a few Btc with what i later discovered to be a o.o transaction fee. it is now stuck i believe. how do i get it unstuck? all help will be greatly appreciated.

also, i am kind of a noob so not sure i will understand tech speak so if it could be explained like i am a five year old, that would be greatly appreciated as well.
