But Gambling addicts doesn't need to immediately look for professional help,
Sometimes emotional support from family and friends is enough to compensate the needed help in gambling addiction.
Also you can do some others things in the outside world, perform some sports, get some dinner sometime, or watch movies.
There are many other ways to combat addiction in gambling before you seek for a professional help.
