Hello, I am a retiree.  I cashed out my conventional retirement accounts and invested the funds in cryptocurrency after monitoring the crytpo markets for several years and spying an opportunity to get in when btc hit bottom about a year ago.  I hold some xmr too, and it has done quite well.
I am making this post to introduce myself, and of course so that I'll be able to post in other sections. The signal-to-noise ratio is pretty good here, if you avoid the main bitcoin speculation thread
