Site looks pretty good. Might try playing here some time, after more stuff is released. I took a look into your TOS and am wondering about this term:
6. A User may only have one Account with the Website and shall only use the Website using such single account. It is prohibited for a User to open multiple accounts with the Company. In the event that the Website becomes aware of additional accounts opened by a User, BitDice Casino S.L.R. may close such additional accounts without notice and may confiscate funds held in such additional accounts.
Why bother having that term? Seems like a reason just to take users funds. You should know that some people like having a "bank" account when they gamble (not sure if a lot of people do that on BitDice, but I've seen a bunch of people used that on PrimeDice).
There is also this:
h. We reserve the right to require some verification in case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions;
Please define a "suspicious or fraudulent transaction". Without a proper definition, it could also seem like another method to take user funds (those that would rather stay anonymous than withdraw some BTC). Double spends wouldn't apply since you require 1 conf, so what is suspicious with bitcoin transactions?
