To be able to withdraw once a week, and assuming an average of 350 satoshi per roll (it's very rare to get more than the lowest tier roll), you would need to roll 14 times per day each week, that means you have to be available once an hour for 14 hours every day. That's a lot of effort for 20 - 25 cents a week.
