Huge dump on AMP, it seems that the market shows your reasonable price is 25k , so you set 33k-50k is too high, nobody will buy. You should set it lower, don't be too greedy coz you had round 1 ICO already. 
well, the price would be actually much higher, i say around 50-70k, if they didnt go for a fixed price (33k) in the crowdsale.
You are right, if they cancel the 2nd crowdsale, the price may be 50k now, but their CEO is not a very wise and made this bad strategy.
