why you didn't using VPN/something else which can make your IP changed? i think this is more easier than ask help from someone for create an account for you
Yap this is the best way to access restricted sites and he do not need to pay someone else. $50 just for creating an account is too good to be true imho, and guaranteed $200 shared profit make it more sound fishy.
The reason behind guarannty is here local bookies offer different rates which on offered on sites, so i have few tricks through i can make good price, I believing in sharing. If i am earning good price, i don't mind to pay 200$, i have seen many people in my life who don't have any skills so this is best opportunity for giving them benefits.
If you don't mind paying 200 dollars, you might as well just get a VPN. If someone else makes this account for you, then you could get scammed since the person could probably recover the account.

Thats the second reason for pay sufficient amount so no one thinks to scam you and one more thing that even he recover his account, he would not able to withdraw the funds, i hope you must know about the policy, deposit and withdraw is made to same account. VPN for temporary accounts, they can be closed anytime. Even you make the account using fake details, non-verified accounts can not withdraw any funds.
