I checked out this site and would be want to even register there but the security measure won't want tto allow anyone open account and give it to someone else unless someone you trust of course because of address verification which you must have stayed for the past 3 years and even restrictions to some countries...

@op even if someone is able to do that for you, how will you login without your IP detected since you said VPN won't work?
