Any fix yet for the Mac OS wallet bug that isn't allowing for encryption or backups?  

As stated during the sale that we do need to start the process for converting BTC to cash currency which is why we have moved it as well as safely storing the remainder. Not directly relevant to your question but I believe it shows a great deal about our character, have you ever wondered why we left 1 BTC on the address? If you recall I posted previously that a user accidentally sent us 1 BTC directly rather then to their personal Apex BTC address. It's a bit late in terms of time, but last night I had someone reach out to me and provide proof of payment that they were the one to send this transaction - https://blockchain.info/tx/f9b3a1ede9b96d34462b3bca3ab13c51c23c283e880890bbc4e67c9bb865748f

So later tonight once this individual provides me with a BTC address we'll be refunding them since we did not count their 1 BTC as part of the Jewels distribution since they had not come forward within 24h of the ICO ending.
