Poloniex and Bittrex have been contacted previously. There's quite a bit of discussion about that earlier in this thread. It's not quite as simple as filling up an online form. We haven't actually touched upon the subject of exchanges in any discussions with him, so it's rather interesting how he landed where he did.

Regardless, it's about time we begin to step out of the centralized exchanges. The HEAT client will be doing exactly that when ready.
