I know someone who is willing to sell you 1m, but he won't take less than 10k sat. If you are interested I can put you in touch with him otherwise you should try the exchanges. 1m is a difficult quantity to buy off the exchanges since the liquidity has completely dried up. Nobody will sell you 1m coins at the current price level.
If you have the BTC, maybe you can place a large buy order and maybe accumulate 1m coins over the next 3 - 6 months on the exchanges provided the coin doesn't take off and run away from you.

if you have btc i use cryptopia, i cant seem t find very many negative things about them. You cant trade in or out in FIAT is the only negative I can think of. from what i can tell issues were with coins that they have either been delisted do to wallet issues or resolved. its small in trade volume but they just revamped the site and is much much smoother. I prefer them because of all of the trade options and since no FIAT trade you dont need to set up the photo id requirements(I know that you dont need to set that up but this is where i ended up after crptsy and to trade past a certain level on cryptsy you needed to)
