For btcexchange.ph you need a Security Bank account and it will be sent there. Walang egivecash.
Mas mababa ang rate ng btcexchange.ph or rebit.ph compared to coins.ph but they have less of the problems that I have experienced with them. Kung nagmamadali ka, meron na daw Cebuana withdrawal, kaso maliit lang yon at may dagdag fee.
Eh, I never withdraw less than 1000 or 2000 pesos, so I'm always using rebit.ph
Now I knew that Dabs is using rebit.ph instead of coins.ph and thanks for the additional info about the btcexchange.ph I would love to try their service soon.

I have experienced the same problem as yours but the problem is that the ATM doesn't have enough receipt for your withdrawal.
Egivecash requires receipt so maybe the ATM of security bank you went are running out of receipt.
