When i can have choice of pool and have vcores and vram controll i consider this project to test, ETHOS do more than this, without fees our future fees only have to buy 1time, you have to give the client a choice, already saying that future is your pool with 2 or 3% fee when almost all pool only have 1% fee and i know you having work with the project but for most mining person will not go for this with soo many fees and no liberty of choice. I will keep this project on eye 
In linux its impossible (at least for now) to change voltage settings.
Only core/memory/powertuning works for 200/300 series.
If you want to change voltage then it will be best to flash bios with those settings and then use my OS.
