Exp and shift are very much different shift was made for decentralized internet, the dev team is not scammers, they are/have been in active development, it is not copy and paste they have changed geth to gshift, gshift is comprised of ways to interact with phantom (decentralized internet) and store the dns on the blockchain. it was not made to be just a coin, as you compare to scrypt based and expanse there are i think several ways shift is very different(those were made to be coins and be the same as all other cryptos).
