So . . . I have combed thru this forum, Synereo's website, and the web and CANNOT find any information about MINING AMP!!!
WTH?? There has GOT to be a way to mine, because if there is not, it is basically a CENTRALIZED coin, which would make no sense.

there's no mining in Proof Of Stake. all initial coins exist from genesis. you can only "mine" (forge) transactions setting up nodes and maybe get rewards for sharing resources.
Proof of Work which requires mining doesn't make it any more decentralized, the opposite infact.
