I'll fund it if knight is willing to secure the loan for 50% of the interest. (Brokenfate repays, I get 0.021, knight gets 0.001) If brokenfate defaults, knightkon pays me 0.021BTC and keeps the collateral.

I am willing ot do this to get the customer funded before I get more funds in. Just to confirm you terms:
I will secure the collateral and you will fund the loan. The interest will be 0.002 in which you will keep in full if he makes repayment.
