It might be shocking to see the Baltimore Ravens given a #12 NFL power rating, given their pathetic 5-11 win-loss record last season. However, no team was devastated more by injuries.
The Ravens were hobbled with a league-high 20 players who were placed on injured-reserve including eight starters at one point late in the season.
Accordingly, Baltimore posted its worst record of the John Harbaugh era, following 11, 9, 12, 10, 8, and 10-win seasons respectively between 2008 and 2015.
Given that the Baltimore Ravens should not be back at full strength and with some new faces in the starting lineup expect a bounce back season and a return to the fringes of payoff contention.
In spite of all the injuries suffered in 15, Baltimore still managed to be competitive in most of their games. Five of their losses were by 6 points or less.

1 of my teams I bet the over on wins was over 8 for the Ravens they didn't do well
last year but Harbaugh won't have another losing season and Ravens were so unlucky
with turnovers and should have regression. I think their bottom is 8 wins so I took
over.
