I have been trying to access the deep web however without much success as most of the pages I stumble on are either scams or trying to sell something.

Can anyone here point me to interesting sites and especially forums that allow me to network with scums of the earth literally?

Personally I have only been using the hidden wiki (terribly outdated and certain sites seems like scams) and also grams search engine. how can I progress deeper?
