I have lost some Bitcoin in the past before and I regret losing them because nobody wants to lose their Bitcoin. Bitcoin can become worth allot of money in the future.
I lost them with gambling so I suggest that you do not spend your Bitcoin on gambling.

i think that everyone lost some bitcoins at some point in their life, i think the biggest loss was when i accidentally deleted my wallet and i didnt have a private key

Yeah I did the same mistake in the past when I was new in bitcoin, I mistakenly deleted my multibit account and I was not aware about private key and I lost 0.1 btc in it.

i think 0.1 bitcoin before is not that huge but if you keep it carefully until now i think you already gain profit on it, me also i lost some of my coins but not too huge before when i ma a newbie in bitcoin i am greedy to earn fast that is why i am invest in mining site with a good standing but later on it will turning to scam site.

mining site are just truly scam sites does not last for so long which is a thing that almost newbies are fall of to that kind of scheme. I was also a victim too when i was also newbie before which im fooled to believe those things and my greed pushes mo to invest since returns are too good to be true.
