I wouldn't mind to get a part of my salary paid in Bitcoin, but still the majority in ordinary cash. It is still
easier to pay your mortgage, insurances, groceries etc with ordinary cash.

But I don't think that company will pay you a part of salary in bitcoins as they will never prefer to pay in two different ways, either they will full in bitcoins or in fiat.

The problem has to be the exchange rate. Paying the salary as BTC might be a big mistake. If you received right now $1k in BTC and the price fell to $250, you would have LESS THAN HALF OF YOUR SALARY! What can you do with $400?! Nothing!

if I may be unwilling to accept a salary with bitcoin. price volatility is the main reason for not receiving salaries with bitcoin.
even investors and big companies will think with bitcoin prices volatility,because it can be a big loss for them.

Yeah and if price falls then it will also reduce your income and it will disturb your financial plans, so its very risky to accept salary in bitcoins as you never know what will happen in future.
