When I have enough Bitcoins, I spend them. It's much easier since I have Bitcoin debit card, I don't have to think anymore where Bitcoin is accepted or not. And I also think that is not very good just to hold Bitcoins without spending or investing them. It is made for spending, right? 
i usually spend my bitcoins all the time to be honest if i have it because i really like spending my money right now to be honest especially bitcoins
