What do you mean by 'economic standard'?
Anyway, constructive for me is writing something that is usefull, helpful, and beneficial, meaning, do your best to answer questions asked. Be truthful and avoid using profanity and insults (this could quickly result in name-calling and is not helping anyone). Be on topic and clear as can be.
and the OP's question is already answered by a lot of people in here, and i think your suggestion is already containing all of the point for building the quality post.
