There's no standard way of writing in this forum to consider your post as good quality. All you have to do is state whatever you think about the topic. If you don't know a lot of things about the topic, then you better just leave it alone.

Make sure that what you're going to say has to contribute to the community, something that you have learned somewhere (maybe you read it somewhere or based on experience), so you can pass that learning to another person.
