If my account was hacked would this speed up the process of getting my account back?
It's more of a case-by-case basis actually.I signed a message already and have been waiting for someone to contact me for over a month now. 
The problem here is that you've used "Strongcoin wallet" to create a message. An admin would have to either:1) Download an additional wallet.
2) Rely on someone elses ' word' for verification.
Isn't there a Bitcoin address on that account that you could sign a message from?
