Yesterday I was asking an investor to permit me submiting 0.2 worth of btc loan request. But looks like he is busy. Otherswise not interested to lend me!

Can I ask that amount of money from getline.in without collateral?

Anyway, I'm willing to use my btctalk account as a collateral. [ And I'm also well aware about my account not 30℅ percent of money I'm asking for]
