The Android app for MCZ still works for me.

There is no ios app available but the app (Bitcoin For Clubs) I downloaded before still runs; it is essentially used to mine Mangocoins without mentioning its name. It is supposed to be sold into Bitcoin instantly and you get paid after the balance is more than $5. It is unclear whether this paying mechanism still works. The bottom line is that no one would want to sync any MCZ to BTC at the present price.
