i bought in during the ico and have had my wallet setup and running for several days now and have not received any tao at all not even for staking, when are they supposed to show up?
Did you follow the instructions and add addprivkey in the console ? As for staking it seems the coins need to mature for and unknown amount of time before staking begins.
yes i added my private key when i downloaded and installed the wallet
Does the wallet have connections? Maybe try deleting the wallet, downloading the new one and reimporting the private key. The private key is reusable it does not get destroyed after one use, so i would suggest going into your appdata, deleting everything, downloading the new client and reimporting the key.
Another thing to check if that does not work is if your anti virus is blocking the connection.
