Trading in bitcoin is much better than gold , where you don't need knowledge to do trade altcoin/bitcoin.
As long as you have funds , and read the updates about coin , you can go with it.
I think if you have the knowledge of what you are trading either gold, altcoin, bitcoin, forex or the other of course the result will be good. but to me bitcoin or altcoin has a characteristic that is different from other commodities. That's why I chose to trade bitcoin
Trading bitcoin is safer in compare to trading altcoins, as even if price of bitcoin falls we know that if we hold it for long term then it will surely benefit us in future, but that same doesn't goes with altcoins.
