Chelsea want Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid. If this rumour about to happen in mid-season transfer window we might see new transfer record of all time. Griezmann had 86 million £ minimum fee release clause. If Chelsea pays this fee Griezmann will pass Pogba and break new record. Manchester United is also interested in him.
I don't think Griezmann would join Chelsea, I think he will wait for a better team. Chelsea have no CL football this season. Besides we should stop talking about transfers for a few months now as nothing can happen until January any way.
