What bet was it? Was the event canceled? I've found that cloudbet takes pretty long to settle a canceled bet, but settles other bets pretty quickly. Have you sent them an email asking about it, or PMed them?
CB sometimes suks like this, but my experience here is good, maybe i am a good affiliate so they must serve me well.
I think it's just specific markets/events they suck at settling, and ones that are canceled. ML bets seems to settle well.
