Thanks for this info. However, Yocoin would do more damage to themselves by not offering help with those who have issues with the coin swapping. It would be in the good interest of the company to honour all the swap request in a timely manner and I quite well understand the heavy workload, but I think the most important attribute of a company is to communicate effectively and work hard on customer relationship. After all that would be the lifeblood of any business entity.
I am firm believer of Yocoin and do wish them well. But sadly enough, even my email to the dev at yocoin15@gmail.com had been ignored to the core, which irks me.
