That is right. The ideal situation would be that the Paypal integrates the bitcoin in its payment system and people can use the Ebay.
I don't think that this is going to happen. Because block chain itself is already a paypal service for bitcoin. And I don't think paypal is going to adopt bitcoin as they are just referring and depending on the fiat money. Because they are not going to risk their service into something that is not stable at all they are just like amazon.
paypal earning enough money from its users. they don't need to adopt bitcoin at all. paypal have millions of users who satisfied with its services. if they support bitcoin as a side source then it may be fine..
