this scammer is not from middle east,because there is similar coins like EmiratesGoldCoin EMIRG, UnitedArabEmiratesCoin UAEC, and i suspect OSMIUMCOIN the Dev behind all these coins and maybe he is from india or bangladesh.

most known altcoin Dev scammers are from india, pakistan, bangladesh, china, romania (ofcourse respect to honest peoples of these countries)

I m from India. But i have never come across any dev of for that matte anyone with a decent knowledge on blockchain. but if u know some one help me out by giving his contact.
