Those people are special characters in the story,

Morantis: A detective who suspects from the beginning that PCN project is worthless and suspects that the dev is a scammer. He has continued to bring out evidence to whatever purpose he has in mind. The Archenemy of the dev in season 1

Madmartyk: A double sided character who always change sides, he will choose the side which will benefit him more.

Almighty ruler:  The equilibrium, the person who investigates the weakness of the coin and do something about it. He is more concerned on the welfare of the users rather than attacking the dev.

Notnormal: Appeared on the latter part of the story, tried to communicate with the developer and have a negotiation so pcn will enter c-cex, but he failed as the dev told him to sling off. He was the one who opened up that the dev is selling pcn ownership to someone in facebook.
