Every time the price pulls back everyone goes into panic mode.  Lots of sell pressure from those who are slowly draining their funds from the DAO and cashing out.  Still some uncertainty in the markets because they aren't sure what is going on.  So the ETC team is working to get the roadmap out in front of people and they are actively working now to address the difficulty bomb.  So there is progress internally in ETC, it just needs to be communicated and SEEN in the market.  Then things will start to change gears. 

Today's prices are a bargain for anyone who has not stuck their toe in the water on ETC.  I think those who are patient will be glad.
