i believe that everybody who has at least a couple of hundred satoshis is up to date with bitcoin price and they will at least check the price once everyday. there is always preev.com for a quick check on a light and ad free site.
You have a point but still $700 price point would be achievable as we can see on the current state of bitcoins price its nears $620+ as of now it maybe gradually increase or decrease no one really knows but for sure it would hit back again on 700 and thats the thing almost of us are waiting for.
