yup mine has been settled already...

Cloudbet usually grades my slips instantly but there are a few times when it takes hours...

There grading system is not good, very slow of some matches, there are so many people complain here.

You should message their support if there are delays. Sometimes that helps solve the issues. But recently even that has been really slow.
