Are there any jobs on this forum other than being an escrow agent, in a signature campaign, manager of a signature campaign or having your own business?
If you are loking for a job then advertise yourself. Don't wait for an opportunity because no one will pick you if they didn;t know you and have no idea what can you do. Do you have any skills? The easiest to sell would be: programming, translating, writing, graphic designing - so if you know any of this create thread in Service section with your offer.
Other that than I heard that mods are getting paid for their job, but it is a long way till you could become a mod.
Really? I thought the mods here do their job for free. So how can an ordinary, random person in this forum become qualified to become a mod? Do you have to know the present mods in real life? I think trust will me a major issue but how can you gain their trust if you do not even know them in real life?
