Between 2 diifferent faucets (with different admins with different adsense accounts ) , yes, but cross advertising another own faucets (both with same adsense account) it's suicide , Adsense will terminate your unique adsense account under the reason of forced traffic .
I think it's much safer for the own adsense account to have only one faucet instead of 3 with same users.
