yes, it is very possible. because with the bitcoin will make everyone easily perform financial transactions. and also they will be easier to get a job.
I do not think so, bitcoin are required gadgets and internet connection to access and to work with and if the people in that poor country can not afford that i think bitcoin can not help them.

True. That will only happen if the government will provide. But that is way impossible. Who will use their funds for a project that he knows might not click. So better stay on the safe zone and just keep the money from the people.
In general it will help the poor countries under the remittance aspect, when you transfer money from poor countries you will have to pay a big charges to the sharks(big remittance center) so if they will use bitcoin they will be able to save and their economy will progress.

If you cut out the middle man, both the remitter and remittee benefit.
Technology results in both sides benefiting.  Smiley
