For me the key points here are:
-the project is overfunded
-quote from ANN -> "ICONOMIs mission is to provide an opportunity for investors looking for high profits, not possible in the old economy" -> the 2nd part of this sentence is basically NOT TRUE and reminds me the "good" old days of internet bubble 15 years ago when dot.coms were the only assets leading us to a new better world of prosperity

This is for sure true. Why do you think Germany can sell bonds with negative interest rates? Because people are happy to have an investment which will return them LESS of their money in some years, but with higher probability. Just imagine how f*** up current economy is, that a product with negative interest rate can exist on the market!
I think you're focused too much on capital markets. Economy is much more than just shares, bonds, warrants, fancy multi-securities and all that stuff that super-duper investment heroes are trying to sell you. Open your eyes, do something constructive instead of trying to make easy money as fast as possible.
